Quench your thirst for adventure! This is the ultimate week for the adventurous camper. Arrive as a novice, leave with the experience!  Take the challenge to new heights with our recently added high ropes course.  You will begin by learning the basic techniques of climbing. You will utilize our 40-foot climbing tower to develop and improve your climbing skills. This adventure includes visiting a local climbing gym.  The canoeing adventure is aimed at building basic paddling skills as you navigate, maneuver and paddle across Lake Upchurch.  Tube down Rockfish Creek, race or relax in the swimming pool. Slow down momentarily with friends and delve into your creative side at the craft tables. The challenge includes Bible study and contemporary worship where you will learn about the amazing adventure God has waiting for you.

Conquest at Rockfish

Play hard and win big! This is an entire sports filled camp. Compete on the b’ball court, soccer and baseball fields while developing your skills under the guidance of coaches. Challenge yourself and others in ultimate Frisbee (no cherry pickers!) the new 18 hole disc golf course (par 72), flag football and rock climbing. Meet fellow sports enthusiasts as you relax by the pool. Hone your archery skills, go for a horseback ride or clamor up the 40-foot climbing wall. All this plus rockin’ nightly worship. It will be a life-changing week filled with physical and spiritual challenges.

Conquest is a week geared for kids. It is a blend of traditional camp activities such as archery, arts and crafts, canoeing, drama, horseback riding, rock climbing, swimming, with baseball, basketball, flag football, *rollerblading, soccer, skateboarding, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball.

*You must bring your own rollerblades along with all safety equipment

Saddle Up for Christ

Happy trails to you. … If you love horses, then Saddle Up! Horseback riding is the ultimate experience at Rockfish. You will take riding lessons beginning in the ring, advance to trail rides over grassy meadows beneath the Camp Rockfish canopy. Learn the basics of horse care, horse and stable terminology, handling techniques and riding skills.  In addition to the equestrian experiences you can take full advantage of camp, like facing the challenges of the ropes course and relaxing in the Junior Olympic size swimming pool.  Explore camp while riding trails or by playing the 18-hole/72 par disc golf course. There is also the outdoor basketball court and soccer field. Slow down momentarily and delve into your creative side at the craft tables.  At night enjoy games like "the Ultimate" capture the flag, Luau at the pool, campfires, and contemporary worship. Giddy up and Saddle Up with horses who are waiting for you at Camp Rockfish.  Campers reside in our air-conditioned cabins with 8-10 campers and trained counselors in a family atmosphere.

SURVIVOR Camp

Do you have what it takes to be a survivor? This week will test your abilities and instincts as you are challenged “to handle the extremes.”  A brand new challenge camp designed for campers who want to test themselves while having a blast at camp.  Challenge yourself to a week of living in the outdoors while competing with and against friends.  Living quarters will be rustic; challenges will be difficult, and the opportunities to build character and meet new friends will be endless!  You must learn to cook your own food, make your own shelter, and navigate through the woods and other challenges and obstacles. Challenges may include rappelling, orienteering, climbing, canoeing, and much more.  This program is designed to teach teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, and character building. Register early, space is limited to one session.

Campers will reside in either the treehouses or yurts.

S.W.A.T.

Camp with a mission. God calls each of us to use the gifts that He has given us to spread His love to others. S.W.A.T. offers you the opportunity to serve God in a significant way as you help to make a difference in the lives of others.  In the end, you may find that the life that has been most blessed is your own.  This is a week geared towards service, personal growth and fun. Morning service projects include construction, repair work, or backyard Bible studies. Afternoons are spent team building and taking advantage of all that camp offers: a group challenge course, canoeing and kayaking, the challenge of the ropes course, a 40 foot climbing wall with a 350-foot zip line. Swim in the Junior Olympic size swimming pool.  Play field games, learn archery or take a horseback ride, Bible study, and so much more.  Nights are filled with games and fun, like "the Ultimate" capture the flag, Luau at the pool, and praise and worship.  It is a week that leads the way for a lifetime of missions and following God’s will.  Campers reside in our air-conditioned cabins with 8-10 campers and trained counselors in a family atmosphere.

Treehouse Camp

Live the high life this summer! In our Treehouse Camp, you’ll get a birds-eye-view of all that camp has to offer. Climb the 12-foot ladder to sleep in a rustic tree house on the outskirts of camp. Beneath the trees and the treehouses you will build bonfires and enjoy nature… watch lightening bugs, hear owl hoots and more. Treehouse campers will cool off in the Jr. Olympic size swimming pool. Explore camp by playing the 18-hole/72 par disc golf course or horseback riding through the woods. Get physical at the 40-foot climbing wall, the soccer field and outdoor basketball court. Nights are filled with games and fun, like "the Ultimate" capture the flag, Luau at the pool, plus rockin’ nightly worship. 
Each tree house sleeps 7, which means space is limited. They do not have electricity, however the pool bathhouse with restrooms and hot showers are just a short walk away.  This camp is offered to elementary as well as middle school campers.

Night Owl Camp is for the nocturnally natured. This is a unique tree house adventure that is limited to one week during the summer. Campers gradually switch their days and nights. They will experience all that camp offers – in the dark.

Water Camp

(Completed Grades 6-8)

Summer is Hot! But you can be cool at Water camp.  Water has never been this much fun!  The week will be filled with tubing, water slides, tarzan swings, grizzly swims (late evening), and the mud walk. You will explore Rockfish Creek and Lake Upchurch by canoe, kayak or lake floats, You will spend time studying the Bible, using team work on the Group Challenge Course, swimming in our pool, horseback riding, making crafts, and spend a day at Fantasy Lake. Nights are filled with games and fun, like "the Ultimate" capture the flag, Luau at the pool, and contemporary worship.  So take some time to cool off during the hot summer months.  For fun, fellowship, and a chance to learn more about a relationship with Jesus Christ, sign-up today and let the adventure begin!
