Adventure Quest

Quench your thirst for adventure! This is the ultimate week for the adventurous camper. Arrive as a novice, leave with the experience!  Take the challenge to new heights with our recently added high ropes course.  You will begin by learning the basic techniques of climbing. You will utilize our 40-foot climbing tower to develop and improve your climbing skills. This adventure includes visiting a local climbing gym and advances to full-on rock climbing with a weekend in the mountains.  The canoeing adventure is aimed at building basic paddling skills as you navigate, maneuver and paddle across Lake Upchurch, then travel to the mountains for white water action and camping at the Nantahala Outdoor Center.  Tube down Rockfish Creek, race or relax in the swimming pool. Slow down momentarily with friends and delve into your creative side at the craft tables. The challenge includes Bible study and contemporary worship where you will learn about the amazing adventure God has waiting for you.
